- Owned the end-to-end job-application flow (the company’s primary revenue driver), serving 20M monthly active users on candidate and recruiter sides.
- Lifted apply intention rate +120% (primary business KPI) via data-driven A/B testing and UX optimisation.
- Migrated the test suite from XCTest to Swift Testing, developing UI tests with XCUITest and snapshot testing, and pushed coverage from 60% to 95%+, all wired into our CI/CD suite with GitHub Actions.
- Owned testing end to end with no dedicated QA team: it became one of the team’s strongest points.
- Migrated dependency management from CocoaPods to SPM, cutting build times ~40% through full modularisation.
- Architected the app in SwiftUI, TCA and Clean Architecture; led the migration to Swift 6, async/await and accessibility-first practices across multiple teams, including the Objective-C to Swift migration of the Jobs Hub (saved, recently viewed and applied jobs).
- Optimised GraphQL performance with async/await, rendering content as soon as it was ready while the rest kept loading ahead of scroll, and trimmed queries to only the fields each view needed.
